These are all completed through our digital consultation form before appointment dates (dependent on the service provided)
How we use your data and the lawful bases
Your personal data is used to support our appointments and our treatments, helping us to comply with local legal obligations. The primary lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract (to provide therapy and fulfil appointment obligations), explicit consent (for processing special category data such as health details), and legal obligations. Where we contact clients for appointment reminders, this is by legitimate interest; marketing or promotional communications are only sent with your explicit consent. You are free to withdraw consent for processing of health data.
How we keep your information secure
Your information is stored using appropriate organisational measures to protect your data, your consultation forms provide the necessary information to complete each service, which are then both stores electronically and physically (dependent on the service provided). Access to client information is restricted to Sue Mitchell. Bank transfers do not store full card details and are not saved publically.
